How to change?

I am a true believer in attitude change or behavior change in human beings. I just feel humans do not react positively if asked to change by statement made directly upon them (like a one on one session or a group discuss), instead I have seen & experienced positive change in humans when he/she observes some other's action in real life situation thus impacting their own psyche to change the self. So change in human is easily possible if he or she is subject to observe certain situation that would relate with themselves & thus get the result (change in behavior) which is expected. To give a simple example to support the above statement: A noisy or rude person would not generally suppress his noise or rudeness if asked to be calm, by another human or group or human. But if the noisy or rude human is let to go his way, while all others around him behave in a polite manner among themselves & with him, which he will observe at certain point of time & this observation by itself will impact him/her to calm his/her noisy or rude nature, as this behavior is not out of some others ask, but out of self realization by him/herself, the same could be seen in a very calm & polite human when he/she is subject to a noisy & rude environment, he/she would start enjoying the noise & rudeness and will involve & contribute to the same (example: a first timer in a crowded disc floor). As the fact goes, human behavior is molded by the inputs (to his/her mind) from various sense organs in the human body. These sense organs can perceive the details of the environment surrounding the human body, thus impacting his/her sense of vision, taste, touch, hearing & to smell. All the senses a human could perceive do impact his observation skill as they form the source of observation. This 'observation' is the simple constant that is always varying which impacts a person's behavior to change from within, although it is induced outside him/her.
